Learn about the key scientists and players in the history of
fermentation through the ages, watch a retention tank room in
action through glass, and put your new knowledge into practice
in the kitchen, where you’ll be able to execute – via computers –
recipes using the fermentation process.

Experience every stage of the distillation process through a
digital tank, learn about the different types of stills and their
characteristics, and put your knowledge into practice by building
your own still with the help of our touch screens.

Agri-food
Discover the different types of cereals, vegetables, fruits and
herbs used in the production of products derived from
fermentation and distillation, watch a film projection telling the
fantastic story of grain, and learn why Saint-Hyacinthe holds the
prestigious title of “Agri-food Technopole”, a first in Canada.
